Oregon paid leave — Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Oregon's Paid Leave Oregon program provides up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for bonding with a new child, active since September 2023. An additional 2 weeks is available for pregnancy-related medical conditions, for a potential total of 14 weeks for birthing parents. Wage replacement is approximately 65% for average earners on a sliding scale, up to approximately $1,569/week. Funded by employee and employer contributions. Small employers exempt from employer share. Typical maximum duration (bonding / combined benefits): up to 12 weeks for relevant benefits (verify your situation).
