Connecticut paid leave — Connecticut Paid Leave: Connecticut's Paid Leave program provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for bonding with a new child, active since January 2022. Wage replacement is up to 95% of your wages, capped at approximately $1,016/week. An additional 2 weeks is available for pregnancy-related health conditions. Funded by employee payroll deductions (0.5% of wages). Typical maximum duration (bonding / combined benefits): up to 12 weeks for relevant benefits (verify your situation). Wage replacement: Up to 95% of wages, capped at 60x the state minimum wage (~$1,016/week in 2026).
