Massachusetts paid leave — Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML): Massachusetts PFML provides up to 12 weeks of paid family leave for bonding with a new child (plus up to 20 weeks of medical leave for personal health conditions). Wage replacement is up to 80% of your wages, capped at approximately $1,230/week in 2026. Funded by employee and employer contributions.
